Welcome to the digital ecosystem of Nexus Orquestador Inc. ("The Company"). By accessing our platforms (Trelliu, VipXplorer, Foodie Explorer, Vuestra Desire), you agree to be bound by these terms.
1.1 Nature of Services (Tech-Only)
Nexus Orquestador Inc. is strictly a technology provider. We license software interfaces that allow users to aggregate data and connect with third-party service providers. The Company DOES NOT operate airlines, hotels, transport services, or tour operations. We are not a travel agency but a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) entity facilitating digital connections.
1.2 Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our software or the failure of any third-party provider to deliver services booked through our interface. All transactions are final between the User and the Provider.
2. Privacy Policy (GDPR/CCPA)
2.1 Data Collection
We collect only essential data required to execute the software functions (Name, Email, IP Address). We do not sell personal data to brokers.
2.2 Data Processing
Data is processed in secure servers located in the United States (Delaware Jurisdiction). By using our services, you consent to the transfer of data to the US for processing via our orchestration engine (n8n).
